    Through transparent editorial policies, rigorous peer review, and ethical publishing practices, RLR seeks to strengthen confidence in the reliability, accuracy, and rigour of legal scholarship.<\/li>

    We are dedicated to connecting diverse legal traditions and academic cultures – locally, regionally, and globally. By facilitating dialogue between Arabic and English legal communities, and between students, judges, scholars and professionals, RLR contributes to a more integrated and inclusive legal academic environment.<\/li><\/ol>

    The Riyadh Law Review is managed and edited entirely by students.<\/span> Our editorial team is responsible for all aspects of the publication process, from the selection of papers to the final editing stages.<\/span> This structure ensures that the journal operates with editorial independence, allowing us to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and excellence.<\/span><\/p>

    Publication and Accessibility<\/strong><\/h1>

    Target Readership<\/h1>

    The Riyadh Law Review is intended for a diverse readership engaged in the study and practice of law. Our primary audience includes legal academics and researchers, university students and emerging scholars, practicing lawyers and legal consultants, and judges and judicial clerks.<\/p>

    We particularly welcome readers with an interest in Saudi law, comparative law, and international legal developments. The journal seeks to serve as a platform for critical engagement, informed discourse, and scholarly exchange among those shaping and interpreting legal thought in Saudi Arabia and beyond.<\/p>

    Institutional Affiliation Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h1>

    The Riyadh Law Review was founded by students of Prince Sultan University and continues to be independently operated by its student Editorial Board. While its members are drawn from the student body of Prince Sultan University, the journal is neither funded nor officially sanctioned by the University. The Riyadh Law Review does not represent or claim any formal affiliation with Prince Sultan University beyond the individual enrollment of its editors and contributors.<\/p>

    The Riyadh Law Review is committed to upholding principles of fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity.     Regulatory Compliance and Licensing<\/strong><\/h1>

    The Riyadh Law Review is a licensed entity registered with the General Authority for Media Regulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The journal operates in accordance with Saudi Arabia\u2019s official media policies, including the Media Policy issued by Council of Ministers Decision No. 169 dated 20\/10\/1403H (corresponding to 1 August 1983G). The Law Review is committed to adhering to all relevant media regulations, ethical publishing standards, and legal requirements applicable to licensed periodicals in the Kingdom.<\/p>

    The Riyadh Law Review does not accept advertising in any form. We are committed to maintaining the independence and integrity of our editorial processes, and therefore do not permit commercial advertisements to appear in our print or digital publications, nor do we engage in any advertising partnerships. All editorial decisions are made without any commercial influence or consideration.<\/p>

    ISSN Registration<\/strong><\/h1>

    The Riyadh Law Review will obtain an official International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) upon publication of its first issue. The ISSN will be publicly available and listed on all future volumes and the journal\u2019s website once issued.<\/p>

    Copyright<\/h1>

    The Riyadh Law Review is operated by Oasis Periodical Publication Company, a Non-profit Single-shareholder Limited Liability Company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its principal office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and registered under Commercial Registration No. 1009197172, with a paid capital of five thousand (5,000) SAR.<\/p>
